As a not really a sporty family, going to a busy sporting goods store was kind of intimidating. But it shouldn't have been. Terry took good care of us, geared us up real good even if he didn't laugh at my geography joke. Great service. Well priced quality products.

We were headed to Maine for hockey and the supplier that was doing the hats and shirts wasn't able to fulfill the order. With less than two weeks to go, we went to Sportwheels with little hope but fingers crossed. Chris and Dan worked a miracle! They were helpful, friendly, professional and I think a road trip was even involved to make sure the hats and shirts were in hand before we headed out on the road. I've used Chris and Dan before so I wasn't really surprised - these magicians always seem to find a way to meet your needs. If you need any team gear, Chris and Dan should be your first stop.

I'm based in Toronto, and out of ALL the retailers in Canada, Sportwheels has had the best selection and pricing for the parts I needed, bar none. From Shimano brakes & derailleurs for older bikes, to my most recent purchase, the TOPEAK DEFENDER M3 front fender, I've been able to get exactly what I needed. And when there was an issue with an SRAM derailleur, your customer service was top notch, taking ownership of the issue immediately, and resolving it to my complete satisfaction. In these days when Amazon and other etailers\ are making it hard for individual shops, I'd much rather support homegrown Canadian businesses, and I'm glad that Sportwheels is doing an amazing job of winning my business. Highly recommended! It's been a while since I've been to the Halifax area and the South Shore, but if I'm ever again in the area, I'm definitely going to drop by and thank y'all in person.
