I had a better experience here than at others recently. The staff was friendly and Improve their little dog friend! We got our hitch installed on our Caravan and they did a beautiful job. However, even though they double checked with me, they sold me a 1.78\ ball instead of a 2\ like I had asked. We didn't realize until we were home and they were closed, and our trip was delayed until we could buy another. That was a bummer and I'm not sure if the employee just thought a 1.78 was good enough or if he picked up the wrong one.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Had a 7 way hitch installed at a great price. Not understanding any bad reviews here, maybe some people should check their own attitude first.... You get what you give in life and I'll have no problem using this company again.
They trouble shoot and fixed my trailer electrical hook up on my car in minimal time and for an excellent price. Thank You
