Great place for kids to learn about horseback riding

Absolutely horrible service. Extremely unprofessional. Disgusting environment. Can not even drive up the driveway in a car as the road is washed out and garbage was everywhere. We paid 165 for riding on trails for our daughter and was not given that. Daughter called with in an hour of being there to ask to go home. Very negative environment. Asked for a refund several times and was yelled at and denied even 4 hours after the first half day of riding by text from the owner! I defantely do not recommend this place to anyone. Want a professional that owns up to what she stated on her website go somewhere else.

Most places on care about appearances and not how personable the people and the experience is! Double Star Ranch is very different because they are family owned with good hearts. Run by a family that works hard for their living, but care most about others and who they help. Keep up the awesome work. Go Double Star Ranch!!
