This has to be the biggest ripoff I've seen in a long time. When the guy at the counter told me that it would be 89 an hour I felt sick to my stomach, changing 2 axles how long should that take I asked him.. He said 3 or 4 hours. I bit the bullet and said fine. They started at 1 pm. After the 3 and a half hours I was there (including the time I went trailex to get the parts.. 45 min ) i was there until 430 pm. They charged me 5 1/2 hours. At 89 an hour it came up to around 700 for the install... I'm not an expert but experts are telling me I got ripped off. On my way home the trailer break wiring stopped working. And yesterday I was stuck because the brakes locked up.. I had to unplug the trailer to be able to back up. On top of that when they jacked up my trailer they did it all on one corner... Now my frame is crooked and my door latches won't keep the doors shut. Stay away from there service department
