Absolutely horrible company to rent from! DO NOT! Especially ESPECIALLY 430 Adelaide and 470 Dundas! They don't care about the tenants at all! If something is broken/needs repairs, expect a few weeks to a few months before you get a response on IF they'll do it! Issues with laundry machines? nah, that'll take months because it's not their responsibility and they refuse to call the appropriate people. If they promise parking, don't believe them as there may actually not be any room for the vehicle. all the spots could be taken already. They try to put makeup on so you see the nice, polite, great services they could provide, but in reality, once you sign a lease, you are a chunk of money they get and they get by with the MINIMUM amount of effort.

This is the slimiest company ever. Whatever compromise you are making to live in one of their buildings, don’t. You are going to regret it. Now let’s all laugh at the upcoming “working diligently” reply ... (they aren’t).
Cant use oven. Because there is mice feeces in the oven, and installation all over stove top as well. The place is mice and cockroache infested. Informed landlord. Didnt do anything until 2 1/2 months later... Windows dont lock. Dishwasher doesn't work since I moved in. This place should have not been rented at the state it's in. One of the tenants are vandalizing my vehicle. And broke a window in the building.
Do not rent from them especially at their 470 Dundas building. It is infested with cockroaches and they know of the infestation and instead of spraying the whole building and telling tenants if the issue they sprayed 1-2 floors and only told the people on the floor. Didn’t seem right as people could be allergic to the chemicals and how is spraying the 1 floor gonna help the whole building? They don’t fix things I put in a work order over half a year ago and they still haven’t fixed it so I had to do it myself. Parking is not safe people sleep in there and shoot up and most of the night you can hear people yelling in the street. Overall horrid building
UPDATE: if you're looking for syringes, used or unused, look no further! York Property has bagfulls of them right in the stairwell! This place is extremely unsafe! Do yourself a favor and invest a little more per month to live elsewhere! People are constantly getting dragged out of the front entrance by the police for doing drugs, people yell in the building in the middle of the night, there are often homeless people in the basement doing drugs by the laundry room. Also, even a year after having moved in, nobody's come to fix any of the mold, missing doors or cracked floors that had been damaged from the tenant before which I had noted to the front desk when I initially moved in. There are used needles in the stairwell, the patio doors don't lock. I am absolutely ashamed of where I live and do not in any way feel safe. I often regret not investing more to go live somewhere half decent. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
