Bus was late, called this taxi company, taxi was there in less than three minutes. Can driver was very nice and friendly. Got to work on time, so I'm very happy with the service!

Except for continually referring to me as Sir despite previous corrections, politely made. Would be nice if once your drivers actually asked instead of assuming. I am a female, I present as such in every way except perhaps my voice. Life is hard enough without having to fight for my right to exist.
The drivers are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. I couldn't ask for a better taxi service! I definitely prefer them to the other companies in London, Ontario.
The driver I had was excellent! He allowed me to go to my bank to pay. He was very nice and I enjoyed chatting with him. Would love to have this driver again!!!
Very, very impressed with the driver. He helped us out of a jam and then helped us further, going back to pick up our special needs daughter's large stroller that wouldn't't fit in the cab with us all in it...nor would it fit in the trunk. We are extremely grateful for the driver's help. Thank you, Pat.
