Well always wonderful as I get to spend time with my daughter,grandson and family ]]BUT 1 STAR for the terrible management for maintenance and repairs There's been a hole in ceiling in the bathroom that leaks water and that's well over 5 weeks or more.The one Superintendent who came to look at the problem,poked the hole thru the soggy ceiling and said maintenance would be in the building \sometime this week\ to get it fixed.My next visit 3 weeks later I saw nothing was repaired and when I told my daughter to call and ask the woman answered and told my daughter she should've filled out a work order because there was no mention of it.She then went and filled the work order out but when I come to visit 30th ,again nothing repaired she called today to ask what's happening with work order and now she's told they have no record of it.My daughter pays her rent on time and you'd think these guys running the building are spending their own money or is it a better bonus for them to have lower maintenance costs.Ridiculous to say in the least
