We went around the pond, in the winter. The trail is snowy and sometimes icy. But it is beautiful and short. For our young kids it was a bit too much

Pretty bad when I grew up with this forest in my backyard and still live near it to this day, yet never made a review. 5 thumbs up! It's a huge forest to explore. I have heard of people getting lost in this forest, which is understandable, there are so many trails to explore! I'm lucky I was raised so close to such a beautiful hiking trail in London! Only down side(but its not really if you were rain boots), is that its EXTREMELY muddy in the early spring/rainy days of summer. I get that, that's normal in those conditions, but hence the extremely. Some parks arent as bad in early spring/rainy days. Wear rain boots. You have been warned! Haha

Beautiful trail to walk through for some exercise. We started at the entrance off of Wellington road and walked around one of the ponds, which took 40 min to complete and come around again. It was pleasant, but muddy towards the end. Wear good waterproof winter boots and follow the yellow markers.

A pretty place in London to enjoy Autumn scenery. It has a lot of trails to have fun with friends. A small suggestion: It is better to park at comissioner road east parking lot, which has a lot of parking space. The parking lot near Wellington road is very small, we cannot find a parking spot on Thanksgiving weekend morning.

Small but beautiful trail system that meanders around a few ponds. Can get pretty busy on weekends. Two parking lots, a larger one off of Commissioners (Western Counties Rd) and another smaller one off Wellington by the Tourism centre. Some of the trails can also get fairly muddy. Best spot is the floating dock of off Spettigue Pond.
