I had a referral to another dermatologist who wasn't thorough and I felt that my symptoms weren't being addressed. Got a second referral to this clinic and from the first appointment it was obvious that the care was substantially better than the previous one. All my issues were listened to, and a biopsy was done. So far I'm thrilled with the care I'm getting here. I also mentioned that I was going to this clinic to a work colleague who exclaimed that she has been there for acne issues many years and thought the Dr and staff were wonderful, and I agree.

I waited 9 months to see a dermatologist and when I call the day before, I was told by Dr. Denise Wexler's secretary (the rudest person on earth), that my appointment was a phone appointment! I asked if it was bc of Covid and she said no and that she did not know why nobody told me. So basically, I had to wait 9 months for a phone call. It's ridiculous. Also, my appointment was at 8:30 a.m. but now Dr Denise don't do phone calls in the morning, so I can't do this appointment because I am working in the afternoon. Seriously, I had nothing but bad experiences with family doctors and specialist here in Canada. They are always in a rush to see as many patients as possible to earn more money. If 1 phone call for a dermatologist that can't see my skin counts as an appointment, it is great business indeed!

I was in to see Dr Horgan-Bell yesterday to have a skin exam done to make sure I had no more skin cancer spots. OMG! I can’t say enough good about her and her staff, they are all so friendly and kept my visit comfortable. Dr Horgan-Bell was so thorough and explained everything to me so clearly. I’ve been in several medical offices in my life and this has to be my best experience ever! Thank You all at Wellington Dermatology I give you a 5
Dr Bell, as always, has been a great and caring individual. She has taken care my wife Sue and myself for the last 12 years . She has been very patient and her Nurse always prepares you very efficiently.
