Just had my surgery yesterday, and had my 1 day follow up with my optometrist. I now have 20/20 vision! The service and surgery are both very professional. They explain things well, and the surgery went smoothly. No pain during surgery at all. Did feel like “soap in the eyes” for a couple hours after (as they warned), but nothing intolerable. I would recommend!

Wow! This about sums up my experience, in a good way, with TLC! I went to another company in London first who was extremely condescending and discriminating, so I did not have much hope. But TLC blew me away by their knowledge, professionalism, commitment, and kindness! From the second I walked in the door, they were there. I felt like family, appreciated, and welcomed. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions I had, even following my initial consultation (Thanks Agnes). They provided all the information needed for a true and legitimate informed consent (I did not receive this from the first company I went too). Dr. Vecchio was a HUGE part of this process and so appreciated. The day of surgery went flawlessly. All of the staff (many names unknown) were fantastic and comforting. I joked it was a well oiled machine, as everyone knew exactly what they were doing and things ran completely smoothly. I had no doubts, not once, of their competence. Dr. McCuaig was incredible and had a great sense of humour as well. I woke up the following morning with 20/15 (better than 20/20) vision and have had no concerns since. I highly recommend TLC to anyone who is considering LASIK. Do not go anywhere else, as you will be welcomed with opened arms, knowledge and competence here. Why risk not receiving this level of care elsewhere?!?! Thank you SO very much TLC, you have changed my life!

I was one of the few people who had to come back for an enhancement after 9 years. I was able to use the lifetime warranty. Its so nice not having to wear glasses and contacts again. Dr hakim and Dr vechio are wonderful. They really do know everything and anything regarding the eyes. I'm so grateful to have had this surgery . Thank you so much!

Great place. Everyone there was very nice and friendly but kept professional the whole time. I was very nervous for the surgery and no one made me feel bad for being nervous they all just focused on how amazing it will be afterwards. Will recommend Lasik for anyone and will 100% recommend tlc to get it done
