Their work is excellent, with good response times for snow removal and careful and thorough work on landscape maintenance. On more than one occasion I have witnessed your employees driving recklessly. Speeding, swerving in traffic, and texting while driving. You should do something about this before someone gets killed. I’ve seen them rip down my RESIDENTIAL street at high speeds. Children and the elderly live here.
Today I was trying to walk down my street to get to a pathway. All I could see was TLC truck with plow driven by a gentleman texting. He was staring at his phone as he drove excessively fast down our cul de sac pushing snow into a pile. Children play in this neighbourhood, it is also illegal to text whilst driving. I am tired of my vehicle being plowed in with snow. The plows clear our street but then leave a thick trench behind our vehicles. If I try to back out of my driveway while the plow is operating, they won't stop for 10 seconds to let me out.
They do a good job. Except that they blow stuff into our front area I have to sweep up.
