The same experience as Jason. No notification that doctor on maternity leave was not coming back. Said they didn't have myemail address . They did have my address and phone number though.Found out when my prescription needed renewal. No offer of another doctor. Am now scrambling to find another doctor. Am I going to have to pay again to have my records transferred yet again ,never mind how will I get my medication. Total indifference. What is going on with TMC.? Shame on you,

The first location of TMC is great, and if this brand new one is as good, it'll also be great. The building is brand new. The medical services offered here are quite extensive, including a walk in clinic, family doctors and many, many other specialists.

I want to let people aware that this office has treated me horribly over the past few months. If you call and expect anyone to answer you're kidding yourself. Also when you leave a message ( I have left 7 in total) your calls will not be returned at all. Today I had to phisically go to the office. Once I walked in the lobby I was stopped and told I was not allowed to speak to anyone in the offices unless I had an appointment (which I was not able to make because nobody answered calls or returned messages even when I said that I needed my diabetic medications renewed). I calmly explained my situation and was handed a paper saying that myself and hundreds of other patients no longer have a family doctor due to the doctor's hired not wanting to practice anymore. This was the first I had heard of it and did not receive any calls, letters or emails making me aware of these changes. I employee you to find a different company for your healthcare as this place has completely failed me.

My goodness stay away at all costs. They have an online form for booking appointments, but they habitually reject appointment requests without explanation. They assigned me a doctor upon arrival who was on maternity leave... and never came back. They gave me substitute doctors for a while and then one day I called about a health issue and they told me I could not come to the clinic any more as the doctor had moved (they had never given me any notice of this and the doctor had never practiced at the clinic). You get the impression its a profiteering operation with no concern for patients.

My family and I switched to this medical centre because our previous clinic had rude and abrupt staff working on the desk. This was not the case with TMC when we first signed up, but lately the attitude of the desk staff has started to descend into what appears to happen at most medical clinics. Abrupt and with no empathy or compassion for people who are concerned about their health. People on the front desk need to recognize that they are part of the "medicine" dispensed by the clinic. Yes, these are troubling times and I'm sure it must be trying at times for the staff, but that's the job.
