Excellent experience start to finish. Bought a frame as a gift, staff was very helpful picking out fonts and graphics.
I went into the mall to find a gift for my husband for our anniversary and I went into Things Engraved with my friend and we got expectional service! Steph was helping us and she went above and beyond for us with ideas and reccommendations. She even lent us the tools we needed to finish the gift off. I would highly recommend going to Things Engraved if you are looking for a meaningful gift and expert service! Thanks again Steph!

Customer services was unreal! The girl working wouldn't engrave three letters on my braclett because the store closes in one hour I'm pretty sure it only takes a couple minutes to do that. I leave the braclett with her, to come back the next day, walk away, to the store next door, then two minutes later, walk past the store again, only to find her vacuuming. WHAT!!!!!!!!! It was 8pm and the store closes at 9pm. So pissed!
