Wildlife is pretty remarkable. Just need to be patient and wait. Was able to watch a red tail hawk catch lunch and sit no more then 10 feet away eating.

Place thinks about rowers and only rowers.every year they get more lanes anchor more bouys. Push everybody else out. The put tighter restrictions on everybody else in the area but let more and more things slide on the rowera end. Rowers are one thing this park could do with out.
We went there on a Saturday evening in the Winter and everywhere was white covered with snow. It's beautiful
