A package was delivered to my daughters apartment door yesterday but the courier didn't knock and the package was stolen. Wasn't at her door less than 1/2 hr later. This is unacceptable that a package would be left in an apartment building without knocking. Luckily Carters is reshipping the package but I was told to call and remind them to knock when the package is delivered once I receive the shipping confirmation. We never had this issue when items were delivered by Canada post.

Indigo shipped a package through them on Dec 4 and I still do not have it on Dec 31. The items are/were Christmas presents. Every day that I check the tracking on the package the delivery date has been moved ahead. Has been happening since mid-Dec. I have put in at least 2 enquiries about this package with no response. If I don't have the package by Jan 4 I am cancelling the order. Indigo is aware of this. Doesn't look like I'm the only person who's been through this.
I see there's not one positive review here and, sadly, I don't have one either. My package, valued at 75, was left sitting in front of my door in plain view from the street and was stolen. I know that another company, Intel, instructs their drivers #1 to knock upon delivery and #2 to hide the package as best they can, and they are disciplined with a one-day suspension if they receive a complaint about this. I was home for this delivery from TForce, but heard no knock. Thankfully, Well.ca is a reputable company and gave me a refund. They should not have had to do that. Please take a hint, TForce, and improve your service. Thank you.
One star is generous. They can't delivery packages as promised. They will use covid to explain a 30 day delay on a small packet delivery. I don't buy it.
I am always disappointed when Indigo dispatches an order using these guys instead of Canada Post. Packages will sit in London for ages before being sent out, many times arriving damaged. Got a box today that was completely missing sides of the box as if someone violently opened it then slid the contents back in. Have had a couple packages mysteriously be \lost in transit\ despite living in the same city as this place.
