Tyler Gammon

I've known Scott for a couple years. He's was originally my guitar teacher and was amazing to study under. Most recently I sent him an old bass I was cleaning up and it needed at good setup. Scott took it and turned it into what felt like a whole new bass. He fixes the intonation and and brought the action way down and even fixed some electrical issues i didn't even know i had. Can't recommend Scott enough. Wonderful service for sure!

Scott has a love of music and guitar in particular that is contagious. His love for teaching shows in his enthusiasm, and he has the experience and talent that make learning from him, virtually due to covid and distance, a bone-deep pleasure. I was reticent about lessons and put it off for years. At 57, I'd all but given up hope of learning as I needed instruction, not a bunch of books on the subject. I found Scott when I needed a guitar set up done. I have worked my way through a few, finding the guitar I love, and he has done outstanding work on them, and I have taken lessons for a little while. I enthusiastically and whole-heartedly can endorse Scott Szeryk Guitar Academy. Money well spent.

I’ve studied with Scott for a decade now and he’s simply the best guitar coach you can find anywhere. Light years above anyone else, period!! This guy should should be the Dean of music at Berklee College of music. He’s an insane player up there with the best in the world but he’s also an incredible performance coach. He’s dedicated Every aspect of his entire life to being the best person and musician possible. If you are a complete beginner are an advanced player you will greatly benefit from his vast knowledge. You won’t be disappointed!!
