This would have been a 5 star if it wasn’t for the rude delivery company the London store uses. I bought a sectional and the delivery guys came into the house and said it wouldn’t fit. Never even took the pieces off the truck. I still had to pay 125 just for them to take my furniture for a drive. We decided to get a smaller set and this time I had to sign a waiver saying if the delivery guys broke the furniture or my house they would not be responsible. And had to pay ANOTHER 125 for delivery. Store staff were great but the delivery company ruined the whole experience. I will NEVER get anything delivered from there again.

I am the customer who bought the bed frame matrix desk here last month. I got a defective product here(Bed Frame). It was a defective product from the beginning no matter how much I continued to make it following the manual.I could understand it because it was a common case to be honest.But the problem was that I felt quite dissatisfied with their customer service when I wanted an exchange.They said I, the client, had a question, but their female staff finished the call first.I felt considerable rudeness.So I called again, but they didn't answer the phone on purpose.When you pressed the call 4 more times, they reluctantly got a male employee to answer the phone.I e-mailed them about the defective part of the product, but they didn't reply either.(Obviously, she told me she would reply on Thursday.) Finally, I asked the delivery company to cut the length of the support, so I am using the product after fixing it myself.I have never felt so bad since I lived in Canada for more than two years.The price of the defective product was almost 300, but I didn't get any reply.I am quite disappointed and write my first review in my life, hoping that there will be no other victims. It was not until today that I got a replacement for replacement. It's a relief that you replaced it, but please check it before selling it next time.

I have been waiting since September for my bed. We are now in February and everytime we call we aren't given any reason for why it has been so long. They refused to give money back . 300 dollars for a bed that they ordered in September and still no sign of it. They aren't even trying to make anything better or right. will never order from here again. So thankful I didn't buy my couch from there.

The store staff is very helpful and friendly. The prices are very good. Nice furniture. The delivery was on time. The only negative for me was the company and the guys delivering the furniture to a retirement home where my aunt was moving on Monday. All they wanted was their 100 cash...they didn’t take any of the wrapping or cardboard away, didn’t assemble any of the furniture...the guy didn’t understand English and they apparently were very rude to the staff. The female staff who works in maintenance and help with housekeeping had to pick up one of the chairs and carry it on her BACK! If I had known all of that, I would have hired my own movers!

The staff is friendly it seems they're older the sale. They have a lot of items with good prices. Although I didn't buy anything I did not have a bad experience.
