Their workshop for Landlords about the legal impact of COVID was extremely insightful. It's called \LARCENY against LANDLORDS\ and it's all too true! I had no idea just how many new obligations have been imposed on us. I highly recommend this zoom workshop to all landlords out there.

Evicting tenants, especially during the pandemic isn't easy but Loryn & Tom really know their stuff. Getting an eviction requires more than just perfect paperwork. You need to know the processes and also know the games that tenants will play - in order to negated the tenants' tactics. There's a lot of wrong/misleading information posted online. Don't be fooled.
I was very pleased with the work done by Loryn and team. I had a default judgement against me for a utility contract that was entered in to by a tenant in my property without my knowledge or authorization. I actually had no idea about the judgement for 5 years after it occurred! It was a stressful situation and prevented me from closing on another property. Sterling paralegal walked me through the process, and explained the difficulty of the situation I was in. Nevertheless they were able to help me out to a favourable result! I'm a landlord and I'm so glad I took Sterling's zoom-workshop about the legal ramifications of Covid on landlords. It's way more than just the current hold on evictions. Loryn Lux is a virtuoso when it comes to defeating defendants’ motions to set-aside a default judgment. This is truly an art because in 95% of cases, the Court will grant the motion and allow the defendant to file their defence.
