I have been seeing Barb for a few years now for reiki healings and I also completed my level 1 with her. She was very informative and did not rush the process. She shares her knowledge and own experience and I have learned so much through her and I always feel so good after every healing. Some healings I feel calm after or very happy, no matter what, they are always beneficial experiences. Reiki has become a lifetime journey for me. Barb and Carl, you are amazing souls.

I recently completed my Level 1 with Barb. Barb was so very knowledgeable and was patient while training. Reiki has played a huge part in my life over the past few months of COVID in keeping me grounded and centered. I was nervous about completing my training but Barb adapted to my needs and made me feel completely at home despite the pandemic. Thank you Barb!
I completed my level 1 reiki with Carl at Soothing Souls. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable during my two sessions. The sessions were not timed and not rushed, Carl let the sessions go as long as I needed. Energy is the currency of life and my energy shifted dramatically after each visit!! I felt more balanced, like I needed to talk less about my problems and less responsive emotionally. Speaking with Carl I felt listened to and within our first meeting I was given Meditation exercises to help my mental health. Reiki has helped me immensely and I would recommend at least trying it!!
