We had a squirrel in our attic which we wanted out before it had children. They were able to come for a quote immediately. Their investigation was much more thorough than a competitor's and they explained everything in detail. The work was done the next week and I feel that they did their best to keep the cost down while still making the roof secure. They also allowed us to pay in installments, which is appreciated. They do a great job!

Reubin visited our home last Wednesday to address a rodent situation (squirrel in the attic). He was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I love how their goal is to remove wildlife without harming them. I also appreciated the call in advance to say that he was on his way! (They gave a window of 9a-1p and then he called within that window to say he would arrive in 20 minutes). This was incredibly helpful for us. Thank you so much for the great service! Highly recommend them!

Reubin first came to the property and did a thorough assessment of the raccoon problem. Using a drone, he found all of the access points on the roof where raccoons were getting into the attic. He provided a fair and complete quote including a comprehensive diagnosis and solution. One week later, his crew arrived to rectify the issue. Everyone was professional, kind, on-time, and friendly. I found the level of communication to be high, which is very important to me as a client. I felt like Reubin and his team knew exactly what they were doing and were able to clearly express what needed to be done to eradicate the raccoons safely, responsibly, and ethically, including final cleanup and disinfecting of the attic. The was more than reasonable for the level of detail needed to address the situation. I will definitely recommend Reubin and his team to any one I know who may be experiencing wildlife issues.
Had them come in for squirrels in my attic and walls, they were very quick to respond, and very professional. Came in and did an assessment and blocked off entry ways. Later in the season they quickly returned when the squirrels made new ways in. One of the workers Matthew also went above and beyond to come back and repair the drywall damage as I couldn't do it myself.
