I had the chance to experience traditional Indian Kalari Massage in London at Dr. Sanu Augustine’s chamber. I had a great experience!!! The Thai massage was very helpful and he asked me all the moments if I was comfortable with every movement. First the oily massage at my head and then a bit aggressive but relaxing massage in the whole body. The price was rather affordable. They are also popular for traditional Ayurveda Treatments in London.
Dr. Sanu’s treatments are absolutely fantastic! My experience of his massage treatment was deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. My body feels more open and filled with vitality beyond any massage or therapeutic treatment I have ever had. Also, my mind is much clearer and present. I highly recommend his treatments to everyone. I have had a number of treatments with traditional Indian Kalari Massage in London. I can honestly say, I have never had a better, more therapeutic massage before in my life. To be honest I was a little dubious at first, as I was unfamiliar with Indian ayurvedic massage. Dr. Sanu Augustine was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease by answering all of my questions while explaining every element of what he was doing and why. He has a traditional yoga centre in London.
I came to Dr. Sanu Augustine’s chamber with so much worries and totally worn out. He is rather experienced and professional at his work. I took the traditional Indian therapies in London and at the end of it I was feeling totally refreshed and rejuvenated. It was nice feeling to be here, totally away from all that is worrying you. Dr. Sanu is also proficient on giving naturopathic services in London.
