cleaver loves to cook

i have purchased several things at this location. on one such visit a bought a commercial coated muffin tin. after one use and hand washing it, 2 of the muffin cups were pitted. i returned to the store with great difficulty, construction and blocked streets, with the muffin tin hoping i could just exchange it. first they wouldn't take it back because i had used it. so i had to explain that if it was unused it wouldn't be defective, and then they said because i didn't have my receipt there was noting they would do i was then told to contact the manufacturer on my own. other than 2 staff i was the only person in the store, with customer service like this it explains a lot

Canadian Circuits

Who ever works at the service desk needs to understand it should not take over 2 weeks for a response. I have left countless messages and never get a call back. I have also been charged for the work but the work was never finished! I guess next step is a lawyer. Though I'd rather have my equipment fixed. I hope another industrial resturaunt repair and parts facility opens so that the monopoly these guys have in London ends. Or hopefully the owner sees reviews and trains the staff properly.

Good Used Goods

Charged my credit card 200 deposit for repairs. Then no contact for days on when the repair is going to happen. Tried to ask the lady who works on Saturday. She stated she didn't know, didn't care and hung up. I feel almost scammed! I just need my equipment fixed and a date so I know when to scheduled staff and potential have the restaurant shut down for the repairs. RUDE STAFF MEMBER AND NO HELP! I think she needs some costumer service training

I browsed, and browsed and browsed. I felt like a kid in a candy shop really. So many items to see, choose from, etc. So much of the equipment reminded me of my restaurant days. I loved being in the kitchen. I'm not a chef but I did cook. Loved it all. This place brought back a lot of those cool memories. I just wish I had a bigger kitchen! Staff was pleasant....a newer gal chatted with me and made some good convo. I'll be back.
