Brendon came to do an estimate for a hot water system replacement. He was on time and called ahead so we could be masked for his visit. He was courteous and very helpful. A very pleasant man--and knowledgeable about the reliance product lines. I would definitely recommend Brendan and Reliance without hesitation!
Casey, went above and beyond! First, I was amazed to have help within an hour of calling. Our water heater's replacement part needed to be picked up on the other side of town - and it was already the end of the work day. Casey figured out all the logistics and the result was that our water heater got fixed the same day. Speedy, friendly, and with all Covid-19 protocols in place. This was a great experience!
