Coming to Preferred Rehab was the single best decision I have ever made. Andra is a phenomenal physiotherapist and a great human being in general. She always makes sure I’m feeling comfortable during my treatment & I always walk out feeling well taken care of. Rachel is an excellent Kinesiologist who takes her time showing you the exercises you need to do at home, and I’ve never had a dull conversation with her! I have been seeing Andra bi-weekly for a month and a half for neck and back pain. I had never been to physio before (so I was nervous to get started) but was pleased to come into a clinic with a lovely atmosphere that made my experience going there feel easy and relaxing. The team there is extremely friendly and make you feel right at home (and not just a patient). The treatment has been amazing and I notice a huge improvement in my pain already. I love that Andra uses a hands-on and multi-modal approach, so I always get very thorough treatment (heat TENS, manual stretching, soft tissue work, cupping, exercises). It's a great clinic with a great treatment team!

I have been seeing Andra for the last few weeks for some lower back problems that I developed since working mostly from home. She assessed me and has been providing me with amazing physio care and at-home exercises to do. She makes time in her schedule to see me bi-weekly and follows up with me regularly outside of appointments to ensure that I'm doing the exercises and that I am benefiting from her physio services. My back feels so much better just after 6 sessions with her! I highly recommend Andra for all your physio needs.
