Product was as advertised. Would have liked for it to arrive a little sooner though. I purchased something completely unrelated on Amazon at the same time (evening) and my product from Amazon arrived the day after in the morning. Later that day I received notice from the Physio Therapy Room that my product purchase had now been processed and would be sent leaving that day (next day?). No reason for a product to take that long to process the paperwork. But generally satisfies with how everything went.
When I made a previous purchase of a post-surgical boot, the staff was incredibly helpful. However, I am extremely disappointed with my most recent purchase of the Oval 8 splints. We followed the measuring instructions on the website with great precision and checked our measurements multiple times as the item is not returnable. Yet, with taking all of these precautions, the splints do NOT fit and are useless. I feel as though we've wasted 50 with no ability to do anything to rectify it. This is a huge price for six little pieces of worthless plastic.
I bought a theratherm heating pad and an exercise band from Physiotherapy Room. I admit I haven’t needed to use the theratherm heating pad yet but the exercise band works very well!!! Mostly what I want to say is that the people at Physiotherapy Room were great to work with. I had questions about returns if the heating pad proved to be faulty and all my concerns were promptly and openly and satisfactorily addressed. After placing the order, my items arrived very quickly.
I was looking for a heating pad to relieve pain in my leg. I tried a Sunbeam from Costco but it was not very hot. I phoned the Physio Store helpline and spoke with a physiotherapist who knows his products well and guided me patiently and professionally. At the end, I ordered a 27\ x 14\ TheraThermo heating pad. The product was promptly delivered and I have been using the heat pad regularly. It's nice and hot, a professional item that works well and I'm very pleased to support a local business.
