Literally the greatest experience I have ever had. So many opportunities and they teach you everything you need to know. Teachers are right there if you need help with anything, everyone is friendly, professional and honest. They really are preparing you with real life scenarios. No bs courses, labs and practical exams are meant to simulate interviews in the field.. Ive made so many great friends and I’ve still got a whole 4 and a half months to go. If you’re choosing between this school and another, this is the one to go for.

Best decision I ever made! The staff are engaging, you'll be pushed to learn everything you need to not just get your foot in the door but to excel, the guest lecturers will grant you a look into all corners of the industry and you'll be shown doors you didn't even know existed to a career in sound. I walked out feeling versatile, professional and confident that what I gained would secure me work and landed a job I love after not even 2 weeks.
I had an amazing time here. The profs aren't just your teacher. They're mentors. Always lots of lab time and they're flexible to you using unused rooms for extra practice. There are loads of amazing hardware in all the rooms and the mic selection is stellar. Everything was always explained thoroughly and expectations were always laid out beforehand. And there is always lots of lab time to finish a project if your home rig isn't the best. I learned so much more than I expected at the beginning, and their industry connections are mind blowing. Guest speakers were out of this world. I would give OIART 10 stars if I could.
