Was interested in information, called me while I was at work and I told them I would call them back. They proceeded to bombard me with calls, voicemails, texts, and emails. Then when I asked to be removed from the contacts, I was given a snide remark. Work on your customer service and maybe don’t harass potential customers!

Just ordered our second order with the same amazing rep Andrew was so helpful and steered us in what was best way to order to get our best value for our money the food is amazing and the company top notch have not had any bad experience with them they have kept their word on everything they have said keep up the greatness nutrafarm looking forward to years to come as a loyal customer
Our first delivery was April 9th, and in November I had to buy more meet. I think if you ordered just ordered sausage and other cheap meet it would last the full year. We purchased a variety: all different cuts of chickens and whole chickens, sausage, hot dogs, vendor sausage, 8 steak, ground pork and beef, plus we wanted to try some fish. It came with WAY more fish then expected and I am sending back all 20 packs of fish and hoping to get more meeting for us to stretch for as long as possible. We pay 85 weekly for ten months, and we paid about 90 for the 9 cubic feet for the freezer. The meet price is guaranteed for 3 years, and the meet claims to be organic. It does taste amazing and very fresh. It is worth it if you can figure out how to maximize your order to actually last you the full year and how to supplement with more expensive meet pieces like roasts. Pros: You don't like it they will exchange it. If it freezer burns they will exchange it You are eating ON cuts of meet You are eating animals that have been raised happy Cons: EXPENSIVE Does not last the full year Once a year delivery - you loose the freeze for a few months until there is space again. They say the other products are \free\ (cleaning products, etc), but are they really? I wonder if we didn't get a year supply of meet because we received the other products. This is great if you are a family on the go, environmentally conscious, want to support local and the organic movement.... oh and can afford it.
I recommend Nutrafarms Inc. My husband and Ihave tried all the meats (chicken, beef, pork and fish)! Excellent cuts and quality. My husband barbecued the 6 oz burgers - no shrinkage occurred and they were very filling.
Going into our 3rd year in a row of dealing with NutraFarms! We love it! The meat quality is great, you can see and taste the difference. And you can’t go wrong with a 30 day guarantee so If you try something and don’t like it you can change it out for a different product. The chicken and steaks are delicious! It’s so nice that you can customize your order to meet your needs and getting the freezer is great seeing as we didn’t have one. Learning about where our meat comes from was very eye opening and we love that we’re supporting local farmers and sustainable farming. Thanks also to Stan, our friendly salesman!
