Terrible service, extremely bad experience. Bill Sandy & his manager. I contacted Bill to buy a vehicle. We discussed about the price and made a deal, then I paid deposit to them. After I paid money to them, they didn't move forward on my purchase. I kept texting them and calling them. Nearly a week after, they suddenly told me they decide not to sell this vehicle to me. I asked why, Bill cannot really tell a reason, and so did his manager. The manager is very rude, and he was shouting to me on the call. Really really bad experience ever.

2 Weeks ago my 07' Tundra started having issues, brought it in and was given estimates from their service dept. Made a choice to explore financing a new Tundra/newer used Tundra. I was directed to Bill Sandy who was very helpful in helping me pick a new truck. Bill and Jennifer from financing helped pick and work through the financing terms and options. A few days later I am now a very happy owner of a 2019 Tundra sport. Will continue to take my business and vehicle needs to North London Toyota!

Picked up a traded in Lincoln last week! Worked closely with Scott and for my first car purchase on my own he made me feel super comfortable and it was a great experience! He was able to answer all my questions and the whole dealership was super friendly! Picked up my new Toyota Corolla this weekend, and I cannot thank Bill Sandy, and Jenn Stennett enough for their help and support while going through this process. Bill was able to work some magic for me to come out with a newer vehicle at a price point I was happy about.
