Both website and phone recording listing as open, took the bus there to find out they are closed and can offer no help to people struggling for work in this uncertain time. Phone recording says to stay home if you have any symptoms why not say we are closed?

Had a wonderful experience with Nokee Kwe. The staff were exceptionally kind, understanding and helpful. They provided me with numerous resources and really guided me on my journey to employment! Would 10/10 recommend.

This place plays favorites with the patrons of it's services. Do not expect them to address discrimination and/or harassment complaints; they shun fairness and condone cruel comments made by clique, long-standing clients. I am an advocate for services like these and the activist in me is woefully disappointed in the quality of care they showed me over all; as the two professionals that could have have vouched for me and our rapport, passively just let me be targeted even after I pleaded for some support. A couple of the staff I met, have deep seated prejudice that they act unaware of and almost innocently made slight comments themselves. I was shocked to be made aware of these things, being very forcefully intuitive of these things myself. I was in a nutshell told that they have no client satisfaction policies by the administrator, insulted and dismissed. I sit and wonder if it is time to take action against things of this nature, here in London; enough is enough! What a horrible pattern this city and a lot of it's overexerted services are in; if I could write this review and leave no stars or half a star I would.

If you need help finding a job or basic skills upgrading this is the place to go. Everyone from the general public is welcome. The staff members are extremely welcoming and friendly. I volunteer at this organization.
