Joyce and the team at New Balance are extremely friendly and helpful. My visit started with a professional fitting that includes your arch, heel size, width as well as your actual foot size. They have a wide variety of shoes up to size 16 and multiple widths which allowed me to finally find a wide selection of shoes that actually fit (I usually settled for size 14 as that was the best I could find vs the size 15 I should wear). I never felt any pressure to buy and they ordered in some size 15 for me to try with no obligation to buy - but of course I did because they’re great shoes!

Great selection of shoes, the quality is amazing as are the staff. We've been coming here for a few years now to buy all our running shoes. Every time my brother is in town from BC we bring him here to get new shoes that's how much we like it. Highly recommend this brand for anyone that spends a lot of time of their feet or are just looking from good quality shoes.

I have very wide, oddly shaped feet. I went to this store today to purchase shoes, because I heard they carried some extra wide sizes. Joyce was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between the different types of shoes, and very patient with me as I tried on different extra wide shoes, hoping to find the perfect fit. She even showed me how to lace them in a certain way, so that my heel would not pop out of the shoe as I walked. Five stars to this store for their great selection, and five stars to Joyce who was just awesome, and extremely helpful.

Thanks for great service in these strange times. I called the store and they looked up my previous purchases to help me choose the best options. With this information, I checked online to make my choice, called them , arranged a time for pickup and they brought them out for me. They fit perfectly and I found a pair of great socks tucked inside. A wonderful surprise. Thanks for the terrific service provided safely.
