I was on my business trip to London and heard about this place. I went and found the place was clean and had sanitizers on entry. It was warm welcome by the people working there. It's kind of small food court and have 3 different brands under same roof including mustangs desserts which has variety of different and unique desserts. I tried one of them and it's really delicious. I would definitely visit more often to try other desserts from this place. Highly recommend everyone to visit once and try their desserts.

Was very disappointed with the whole experience. The flurry heart was falsely advertised as they did not put any strawberries and instead placed kiwis in it. The eclipse was also nowhere near as appealing as the photo. The pink flamingo was enjoyed, but a 1/3 outcome in satisfaction is not something to be pleased about.
We ordered the brownie sundae, We couldn’t eat it. It was soo brick hard, the metal spoon bent mid way through digging into the brownie. I couldn’t risk my teeth. First and last time to order from this place.
The brownies weren’t warm, the ice cream wasn’t enough. Pretty sure the fruits were frozen. I can’t believe I paid like 12 with tax for this.
I would rate this store 0 stars if I could. Very unsanitary. Had a peek into the kitchen and it was filthy. They share a kitchen with the burger place. Girl at the front with the blonde hair was VERY rude and unprofessional. Fruits were rotten, mushy and the strawberries were dusty and clearly were not washed. The batter for my waffles was raw and tasted like egg. Bad customer service, long wait times. Not the best experience. You need to hire better staff. Will be telling others about this, not coming back.
Absolutely fantastic. Very friendly service. Loved the way it's set up to take orders at a central area then pick up you order at a specific spot. Very clean and safe way to do things. Also brilliant use of microphones between person helping you and yourself. With masks and plexiglass it is normally hard to hear and hard to talk. This made it so much easier and clear. The molten lava cake was incredible quality chocolate and delicious cake along with very tasty strawberries that tasted field fresh. Stunning presentation especially for a take out item. Beautiful . Will be back to try other items from the entire menu. So impressed . Best of luck in this business
I love the desserts from your place but only thing I am disappointed is that the chef or the dessert maker doesn’t always wear gloves and also no hair caps. Me and my friends just stopped ordering because of this. Please make sure to have the gloves on and hygiene practices in practice.
