I went into this store to purchase an elegant dress for an awards show. I was not greeted, I was almost snarled at by a very self-entitled woman with blonde hair. I did try on a dress which was beautiful and would have purchased if I had received a shred good customer service. This is not how you treat potential shoppers.

My wife and I went all over Toronto area last minute looking for a mother of the bride dress for her. We found one in a Melanie Lyne store but not the right size and no one to help. In desperation we stopped by our local store in Masonville London. Gabrielle was wonderful in tracking down the dress in the right size and by calling the store in Burlington she asked them to hold on to it for us. This morning my wife was overjoyed to try it and now we have it and are ready for her daughter's wedding. Thanks Gabrielle for all you did and to the girls at Burington Mapleview as well.
