Before you rent, while this location offers one of the cheapest rents in town, the entire building is infested with COCKROACHES, pest control comes in this building like clock work. There are tons of tenants in the building that don’t really follow any rules. There is no designated parking for tenants, after 9pm, you would be stuck parking all the way at the back where a couple of break ins have happened. Otherwise, if you do not mind those things mentioned, the building is really close to all main bus routes, a really good park and close to fanshawe and western university. Just please do your research before renting with Medallion Blossom Gate.

I wish I could give this a lower rating but unfortunately I can't. As the previous comments state, this place could have such great potential if it was better managed but unfortunately management does not care whatsoever. Where do I begin? -The front lobby of 629 has had a beeping sound for over two weeks and no one single employee has taken the time to try to shut the sound off. -Garbage absolutely everywhere in the parking lot making it look far worse than it needs to. - For all the buildings they own they now only have one machine to load up your laundry card(mind you they own more than the three white buildings) - Laundry Room is a big joke, machines are almost never working along with the fact they don't even have an ac unit in the room so you are sweating buckets trying to load and unload your laundry as quickly as possible. Currently the back wall of our dryers is exposed and has been for several weeks - They don't even have handicap doors to help those in our building that I see struggle to get into our building which is incredibly unfortunate - Though we have two elevators, 98% of the time they only allow one to run(even at night), and this is with absolutely nobody moving in or maintenance being done - On more than one occasion in the winter was my heaters ice cold, and you have to repeatedly call in to get them to turn them on - Lastly the bugs, building 629 as an on going problem with bed bugs and they do not inform other tenants so they can take preventative measures It's safe to say, safe yourself the trouble and find a place to live that is worth while
