Dustin and I decided to bid on an 04 Ford Explorer about a year and a half ago. Only a small repair was needed. We got an amazing deal on it and it's still running great today. Getting the SUV was quick and easy! Everyone in the building was super nice and respectful. One of the best auction experiences so far was with Mackenzie's. Should have left a review when we got it!
Purchased a vacuum. However, the vacuum that was posted and won was not the same model picked up. Although an inspection was performed on site for damage and compete packaging, it’s unreasonable to suggest that one should verify serial/model numbers, description, etc. And thus there is a greater onus on the business to ensure proper description at the of posting and better diligence taken when an item is being prepared for pickup. The only compensation offered was to keep or return the item. Unfortunately, I live an hour away and shouldn’t be inconvenienced for seller error. It should be noted that a favourable solution to both parties was proposed (that included the seller keeping the 16% buyers premium), but was rejected by the seller.
Excellent online auction site and very addicting. I've purchased many items from here at great prices. The staff are always friendly. The pick up locations are well organized. I've only had to return one item which was done with ease.
Great place for online auction. Easy to use and fairly simple website to participate in the auctions. They have cars, bicycles, power tools, furnitures, and so many kore items. All sorts of electronics. One downside is that you would have to recover your item within a day or two, or else it gets reclaimed. Now I’m not sure if they give he full refund if that happens, or partial since I have never had that issue. I have been participating less so nowadays because it’s so far from GTA. But wait... they also have shipping which you can request before, but i think it’s extra fee. Good place though! Would recommend.
