We built our dream home through Mapleton! We will recommend Mapleton builder to everyone as we truly enjoy our home and Mapleton did an amazing job to make our home so beautiful! Even though we built this home in the middle of pandemic and uncertainty, everything went well with regard to the building process and Mapleton was able to complete the works other than some minor pending works. With our home, we were able to build a good relationship with all building team and everyone tried their best to accommodate our requests throughout this building process. The communication process was good, however, I would encourage to some more explanations regarding deadlines and blue prints from builder side. Otherwise, overall, we had a great building experience with Mapleton and we got a beautiful quality home through Mapleton. Thank you so much everyone involved in our home building and we will always remember the names especially, Mark Morningstar, Simone and Tanner. Mark-your professionalism is highly appreciated and its only because of your gentle approach and prompt response, today we are proud owners of this home! You were so accommodating to our each and every request and we got a good deal on this property because of you! We wish you all the best for all your future endeavors and thank you so much Mapleton for building our dream house!

It has been the worst experience, they don't have customer service at all, after 11 months of buying the property they haven't fixed the small pending things, basically, they took my money and run away. (Sewage pipes didn't work for weeks and it happened back on the very first day, stains on the living room floor, chipped tile in the kitchen, a dent in the laundry door, overflow in the main bathroom, some drywall issues on the main floor, garage door keypad not working since the first day and furnace hasn't been working for 3 days now, those are some of the issues.
I would highly recommend Mapleton Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home! They were extremely professional and accommodating, and I enjoyed every step of the process. Their workmanship is top notch, and they really care about their customers. I couldn’t’ be happier with my decision to build with Mapleton!
I have lived in the village green area almost my whole life it is a great neighbourhood to raise a family in. I have two kids of my own. I still do currently live in the village green area. I was upset to see the local variety store close down. But not as upset as I was to see an office building go in. Yes the building looks nice but they had no right to block off the entrance way to the community park that is owned by the city. Now people can’t cut through to get to the pool or the forest entrance quickly. I was also disappointed to se that people are no longer able to park in the parking lot to use the pool. I can only presume that it’s so everyone can see that the owner drives a Land Rover Anyway I hope this gets to the right people cause I will be talking to the city about removal of the barbed wire fence. Like come one mapleton homes. Was that really necessary????
This company put up a barbed wire fence around a neighbourhood park and blocked off one of the entrances and exits. Completely has created an unsafe area for kids. This company does not represent families.
