I brought in a chain link fence, this guy up stairs says its dirty and I would need to pay them 25 dollars. I said to him that's not fare why don't you take the fence for free instead of charging me 25 dollars. He laughed in a rude disrespectful way and said no !! So I told him I will put my experience on google review for being rude, this is when he really started to get mad raising his voice in the most uncomfortable way.. he told me to go back out to the yard and grab the fence and take it somewhere else.. I said ok know problem.. as I was walking down the stairs he started walking behind me yelling and calling me names.. he takes his phone camera out and starts taking my pictures.. as he started yelling more and swearing. I then rolled up my windows as he was pounding on my window with his hand.. I said forget this I'm leaving, this guy is looking like he wants to get violent with me.. as I started to drive away he kicked the side of my car leaving a small dent. I was going to report him to the police but decided the car is old and its just a small dent that can easily be pushed out and that this review will serve better. I think he was surprised that I was going to actually take the fence back and he would lose money so he got rude and angry. I'm a very calm person and can't believe this guy is even working there. There are better places to go to, and I hope no one ever has to go through this again. Brought in a bunch of scrap and old appliances from around the house. Guys in the yard were great and friendly staff inside. Thanks London Salvage!
Don't know where to start. I have never brought steel/tin to them, only coppers and brass. Always paying top dollar in all Southwestern Ontario and it makes it worth your time to travel. In comparison to other yards I would rate them above in every aspect I have dealt with them in. Very professional, very friendly, and extremely time sensitive! Love it!
