Worst website ever used. I no ideal what the train is like because the website doesn't work. Won't let me book. What a waste of time

The staff here is very organized, helpful, and efficient. The station itself is also very nice; spacious, bright, and always clean. In my experience, trains always arrive in London on time, but tend to arrive late to Toronto, so keep that in mind if you are travelling to Toronto / Pearson airport.
It would be better if there's a LRT office or service desk selling local bus tickets and passes.
Clean station and trains. Staff were friendly, the economy class seats were great and the WiFi was stable (many times better and faster than greyhound), on my trip at least.
DON'T GET ON VIA RAIL On going to toronto, I missed my flight bcf late train. (It took more than 5hours london-\u003etoronto) But, They said they have no responsiblity on my flight. And the trainman said i can get a free ticket for getting back to london. However, at UnionStation, other via's said 'there are only 50% credit refund. There were no free ticket for you.' The trainman didnt tell the truth. Ps. After asking for an hour or so, I barely got free ticket on unionst.
