My son and I went for our first time, he was in a pod, I was in a room. My room was incredible!! Def doing it again! My son had a good experience as well however the light in his pod didn't work properly, he couldn't turn it off, so it took away from his experience. We were told the light had been malfunctioning but they thought they had it fixed and were apologetic. Overall however it was an amazing experience and we would love to try it again! Thanku!

Mixed experience as I had my session cancelled via email, when I requested a refund by email I got silence, not even a sorry. I decided to rebook and give it another shot. Booked a couple's pod which was about 100 regress and I had to leave the pod door open to be able to breathe. We ended up leaving after 45 mins so we didn't enjoy due to the temp.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. I prefer the temperature to be slightly warmer and it is adjusted before I arrive. :) I prefer the pod to the rooms as a personal preference. Have referred friends and family - who have also enjoyed the float experience!

Very relaxing experience and would definitely recommend to all. Staff is knowledgeable giving the whole run down in detail as well being accommodating. The place is also immaculately clean and tidy which is very nice. Will definitely be coming back.

My first float and wont be my last. The center is clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the rooms need a bit more amenities, only one towel , a chair and soap and shampoo. A robe and an extra towel would have been useful. But it was an awesome experience and I cant wait to do it again
