On a busy Friday afternoon before a long weekend, I emailed London Fine Furniture making a near impossible ask. Could I get a zero gravity chair delivered today, before the long weekend? I had a ton of reading to do. To my utter shock, they delivered my chair. And it was high quality and so amazingly comfortable. Just wow! The sales and the delivery service was the best. Thank you.

My wife and I was shopping for some furniture pieces and went to a dozen furniture places shopping around on the same day. Some did not even look at us much less give somewhat decent customer service. Others gave us excellent customer service but we did not buy from them as the furniture pieces were not good quality. We only had the big furniture names in mind, we were walking from one to the other as they are back to back on Wharncliff....when we came up on London Fine Furniture...never heard of them...did not even see the rating on Google...we just walked in, but as soon as we walked in we were greeted very warmly and were given a brief overview of what to expect from them (no pressure, no commission) we began walking around and we were amazed with the quality of their furniture pieces. And to top it off the customer service was fantastic! We ended up buying a fantastic furniture piece from them. So happy.
After searching many of the furniture stores in London and area looking for bedroom furniture to fill our unique space, we found London Fine Furniture accidently. We were warmly greeted and allowed to poke around on our own. Once we started asking questions we were made aware that we could have our pieces custom made to our specifications. With our measurements and Cassie's attention to detail and superb follow up, they were able to order, deliver and set up our beautiful suite that fit our space perfectly. We are totally satisfied with our purchase and would recommend Harold, Cassie and the entire staff ( including Cooper) to any one looking for excellent quality furniture and great customer service. We bought a bed frame from London Fine Furniture. The sales staff were friendly and professional and answered all our questions. On delivery, the staff that brought the bed and set it up were careful, fast, courteous and professional. The bed looks amazing...even better than the showroom made it look! We would definitely recommend this store to all our family and friends and will be repeat customers in the future.
Friendly staff, and very nice furniture. Not for the faint of heart, financially... If you want some of the best furniture available, have a peek for yourself.
