I bought my bike a year ago when they were on Wellington St South. I noted the breaks were soft (after 1300 km), and stopped by their new location on York St. Even though they were clearly busy they took the few minutes to tighten my breaks for me without waiting. I love the bike and the followup care is excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an E-Bike.
