They had told me I had no more refills on a prescription when I went in to get one done. I had then called me doctor's office who said they had issued me a script that should have been still good for another eight months or so, but they had made the appointment with me to get a refill anyway. I then went back to the pharmacy and someone else proceeded to tell me that I still had refills left. When I inquired why I was told I had none left the first time, they only told me they didn't know. I never received an apology for the confusion, which is frankly the biggest issue. Shouldn't be called London \Care\ when you simply don't.
