This was my second time dealing with bad boy and more specifically purchasing a sectional. The first time was 2 years ago and was a great experience with them working with our budget and providing a quality sectional. My most recent experience was with Stephanie and she was great. Stephanie was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and I enjoyed her light humourous demeanor. She was able to help us get a sectional at a great value and offered to help anyway she could. More sales people should be like her and help the customer thoroughly and make them happy before worrying about the bottom line. If you go to bad boy ask for Stephanie and I'm sure you will be happy.

This is my second less-than-stellar experience with Lastman's Bad Boy. I thought maybe my first was an anomaly but no such luck. First time, the store staff were good but delivery was a disaster and now I'm dealing with the same thing. Because of the pandemic, I ordered online. The website said the item was in-stock. It took over a month to receive any notification that the item would be delivered. The drivers tried to deliver during a blizzard. I feel bad for the drivers because they are just doing their job. The walkaway hadn't been cleared yet (they showed up first thing in the morning) so they refused to deliver, which I completely understand. What they were doing driving around when there had been an 'urgent travel only' warning is also a question. I have requested a cancellation of my order because it has been two weeks since then and no communication from order support or delivery. I have asked for a refund and it seems order support has disappeared because even after two emails, a week apart, in which I expressly asked for acknowledgement of my request, there has been dead silence. Is business certainly isn't focused on the customer experience!

minus star actually just sorry that’s all Worst company I ever deal with. I purchased 3 dishwasher for my rental property in December 2020 and they promised to delivery on first week of January,2021. Its been almost 2.5 months sofa is still not delivered to me. When I called to follow up they always say will be delivered in 2 weeks. They never give you exact date when its going to delivered. Customer service and managers are worst to deal with. They are not ready to cancel order and refund money. I asked them to give me something similar which is available in store, then they wont me to pay extra on top of that and not ready to compensate.I can’t believe how awful the customer service is from this company.when you call they will always say they don’t have exact date when it will be delivered. It feels it is different way of scamming people. Please don’t ever order stuff from here.

Received my washer after waiting two and a half months for it. It was completely destroyed. The hot water valve was broken right off. The control panel was broken off the top on the left side. The whole top was loose and wouldn't latch on the front and also had a dent on the top that made the side flare out. Bad boy wouldn't accommodate my schedule for a technician visit. I had to call the manufacturer to receive service.
