Made a purchase on February 27th and got some great deals! I was extremely uncomfortable though, I had someone come and tell me they close at 6, so I should go get in the change room right now. Having extensive retail experience, I understood her plight, but also found it extremely unprofessional. In the end, I felt so rushed that I didn't even bother trying on some of the things I took to the change room in a mad dash because I didn't want to be there too long after 6pm. I mentioned this to the cashier because I noticed it was only 5:46pm as I made my purchase. She also told me that it was the manger that rushed me. In the end, I didn't come out of that sale feeling good. I felt so rushed and will be back to make exchanges. Kaitlyn helped me with my transaction and was fantastic though, bet she would make a much better manager. She's the only reason there are 2 stars.

Terrible customer service. Both Employees were extremely rude. The manager is awful. I had a return to do that was a gift and I didn't have receipt since it was lost. I was told store credit or exchange which was fine. The manager piped in and said no only exchange. So I went to get something to exchange then the cashier said nothing to me the whole time and manager was whispering in her ear. Then I said is my receipt in the bag. She said snappy no you gave me no receipt so you don't get one. Yet I spent more than what the exchange was. Will not be shopping there again. Worst customer service ever!

I rarely write reviews but wow!!!! Amazing deals and amazing service from all the ladies working when I stopped by yesterday. Big thank you to Sierra who greeted me right at the door and helped me find some beautiful gifts for my daughters upcoming bridal shower. I will definitely be returning!

Extremely unhappy with the manager of this location. She is very rude and unhelpful. I was told that I I can only try six pieces at a time and then I have to leave the store and come back again to try more even though there is no people in the store. Next day I went to the South London location and it was a totally different experience the stuff was very helpful and there was no problems at all!

Such lovely staff. I had two ladies help me out (shannon and aiden I believe). Very kind and both were a pleasure to talk with. Very helpful in figuring out what I needed and sizes. Definitely recommend asking for either of those two ladies when you visit this store! They also wear masks which is great!!!!!!
