I walked by. Its smells really nice and the store is cute, but i have no idea what kind of popcorn they have. I might stop by the next time i am in the mall. The staff member that i saw has a pretty smile.

They should train better the people working selling popcorn. The young lady that was serving today evening at the Masonville store was in a very bad mood and did not explain the buy two get one free promotion. I bought two popcorns, but use my card once for each. The result, no third free. If she was keen to serve the public she should suggest to buy all together. I plan to never buy another popcorn there again.

I have not went to Kernels to buy their popcorn products for a long time at Masonville Mall until I was there recently. Their popcorns taste fresh and flavourful. The staffs are nice and helpful with their comprehension towards their own customer service skills. The popcorns depending on the flavour cost 4.99 for a small size bag, but their Chicago popcorns was almost 7.00. It is nice to buy their popcorns once in a while. I cannot believe they are still in business at CF Masonville Place for years as this is my only favourite mall in London, Ontario.

they do sell smaller snack sizes that they don't advertise of you are only looking for a small snack. they also sell their more"custom" flavors of seasoning if you ask them. staff has always been friendly when i have been there too. can get busy but doesn't take long to dish out some popcorn so wait times aren't that bad.

Great fresh popcorn, except today I got a ton of unpopped kernels in my popcorn. Kinda hard on the teeth!!

Went to get popcorn and stood there for a few minutes while the employees talked. They knew i was there because they saw me walk up. After two minutes of talking and not acknowledging me the one girl said "we will help you in a minute" and continued their conversation... I left.
