My dad moved to the retirement side 3 months ago and is doing great. Being more active and socializing. Just moved my mom on Friday to the long term side. Both are already getting more care then they did in the 3 years at the other facility.

Our grandmother moved into Kensington in March 2018 and her health is the best that it has been in years. The staff are caring and friendly and always get her involved in the different activities.!
They take great care of my mom there.
My friend's mother 'survives' at this location. The care is non existant, neglect is limit life threatening. The staff seems incompetent. My friend has an extensive collection of pictures proving this neglect. If you love your family, do not send them there.
Very unprofessional and non knowledgable management employees are robots with no skills, equipment and wheel chairs are unsafe, they bleed the residents of pension funds for their care and stay,they are careless and doctors are not on site until the end of the week. Doctors and nurses need careful re accessment to their assigned positions for the benefit of seniors
