Requested assistance with mold in our main bathroom. The entire crew was professional, providing high quality work. They were very understanding of my severe asthma, installing professional equipment and sealing off their work area. I called for advice... my son's student housing basement in London flooded and landlord did not want to replace carpet. Shane Johnston came, free of charge, to test the carpet for mold. After testing for mold, he left my son with a free disinfectant spray. Very helpful and reassuring. Thank you!
