I was hired over a month ago, but for some reason, ISM won't give me any placements or even a uniform. No one answers any messages, what is going on? Edit: They just deactivated my account. This company has zero communication. For over a month I waited, turning down other jobs for ISM, only to be phished. I highly recommend avoiding ISM and pursuing employment elsewhere.

I have worked with ISM for close to a year now. I have also worked with three other security companies within the London region. By far ISM is my favorite company to work with. They are very professional and are very flexible with working around your schedule.
Guard at the entrance of the hospital was muttering some disturbing taunts under his breath, seemed very agitated. Also the costco guard was a complete Ahole. Worst company ever, I thought the G4S were bad.

My friend and attended Rock the Park. We were both physically assaulted by three men in the crowed. As we tried to get away we came to a barrier fence with a ISM security guard right at it. My friend asked the guard to please let us through. She tried to report the assault to the guard. The guard laughed at her and made us go another way. I went back to talk to the guard again thinking he miss heard her because of the loud music. I clearly report that we were assaults by three men in the crowd. The guard laughed at me and asked me what I wanted him to do about it. I didn’t know what to say. I was shocked that my friend and I were assaulted at this event and security refused to help us or take us seriously. We both did not feel safe at this event.
