An excellent clinic for pain specialist who look at your whole wellbeing. Staff are knowledgeable and caring. The specialists are very experienced and dedicated. All options are explained and there's no false hope placed in the therapy. Together you will develop a plan that is tailored to your health and needs to restore a quality of life. I am so thankful for finding this clinic and being treated by doctors who understand the pain cycle and how it affects all aspects of your health and quality of life. Thank you for looking after me and giving me the respect and care so needed when so many disregard my illness.

Shocked to hear staff were not wearing masks or gloves or following pandemic protocols. Very disappointing!

I'm at 13 months wait for an initial consult, sure there's a pandemic but their wait times pre covid were 6-8 months and now they updated their voicemail to be 4-6 months wait. Left multiple messages and never received a call back from their \you will receive a call back in 24-48 hours\. Hopefully they actually step up and do something soon. There is very little options in Ontario anymore for pain management
