Havana Castle always provides a professional, relaxed shopping experience. Every staff member I have encountered has been extremely patient, answering all questions and providing knowledgeable advice and recommendations. I do the majority of the cigar and pipe shopping for my husband and I. Being a woman in a cigar shop, I greatly appreciate being treated with the highest level of professionalism and respect I could possibly ask for! I love the selection of high quality lighters, cutters, etc. The 2 humidors are impressive and well stocked (covid has obviously affected supply) I will continue to be a faithful customer!

Good selection of cigars and a useful outdoor seating area. Helpful service. Some empty boxes in the humidor but that seems pretty common right now.

Very nice shop! Lovely selection of cigars with 2 humidors (one dedicated to Cubans and the House brand). Nice selection of lighters and cigar cutters. Drop by and have a smoke on the “deck”!
