Great hours but they oversell themselves on their website I took my cat here because all of the other clinics were closed over the holidays. Their website claimed they were a \full service animal hospital\ and offered \comprehensive care\. When I arrived I was informed they were unable to do anything more than what the London Emergency Clinic had already done and that I should take my pet to Toronto. So apparently they are not a full service animal hospital. Nor comprehensive. I just wish they were clear about that upfront. That being said their advice was good and my pet ended up getting the care he needed elsewhere. So just be careful, this is a smaller facility and not a full service animal hospital as their website claims.

Have used this vet for years. They are affordable, and kind. But be aware- their bedside manner is \direct\ or \ matter of fact\. Not ideal for anxious animals who may need a few minutes to warm up to new people. Aside from the bedside manner, we've always had the care we needed at a price we can afford. The rooms are small but clean. The entry area is nice and spacious. Front desk staff are friendly. The biggest thing thing that Hamilton Road has going for them is their office hours- They are open when many vets have already closed, and can usually fit you in for an emergency appointment. More importantly, they LET YOU COME IN with your pet. During these times of COVID restrictions, that is important. Face to face interactions with a vet are important in understanding the treatment plan. They also call you the next day to check on your pet's recovery.

I am very happy with my experience today at the vet. I called in the morning to make an appointment and was seen today, I didn't have to wait. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful. The vet was professional and I'm very happy with how my baby rats were treated. I'm also happy with what I paid. Strongly recommend.
